Grapes in vineyard

Bring the Vineyard Home

Your Source for Premium Michigan Grapes & Juice for the Home Winemaker

Make your best vintage yet—using premium Michigan-grown grapes and juice from one of the Midwest’s largest vineyards.

How It Works:

Grapes (U-Pick Only)

Minimum order: 50 lbs – Price: $1.00 per pound

Orders under 500 lbs are U-Pick only — we’ll guide you to the right rows to harvest.

Bring your own containers and bring your own harvest shears.

Expect to yield 3–4 gallons of wine from 50 lbs of grapes.

Juice (Pre-Pressed)

Minimum order: 5 gallons – yields just under two cases of wine

This is a great option if you don’t have pressing equipment.

Juice availability varies by variety and harvest timing — orders are first come, first served.

Frequently asked questions

When is harvest season?

Harvest typically runs from mid-August through October, depending on the variety and the weather. We’ll keep you posted by email once we start picking.

How much fruit do I need to make wine?

Plan on about 50 pounds of grapes to make about three to four gallons of wine. If you’re making more, we’ll be impressed—and ready to help.

Do I need to bring my own containers?

Yes, please! Bring your own containers for both grapes and juice. Buckets, bins, or food-grade carboys all work. We’ll help load you up. NOTE: Bring your own harvest shears as well.

Do you offer juice, or just whole grapes?

We offer both, depending on the variety and availability. Fresh juice is a great option if you don’t have a press (or just want to skip a sticky afternoon).

Can I visit the vineyard?

Absolutely. All pickups are by appointment—just let us know when you’re coming so we can make sure your order is ready.

Do you ship?

Usually, our customers pick up at the vineyard—but if you’ve got a big order (or a very thirsty extended family), we can provide a shipping quote.
